Diego Rubianes is a biologist, specialized in biotechnology (Master’s degree). He started his career as a researcher in the CSIC-Spanish National Research Council and in the Plant Biotechnology group at the University of Santiago de Compostela, being the author of different publications in scientific journals and congresses.
In 2017, he joined Hifas da Terra as R&D technician for National and European Projects. Since 2019, he has been responsible for intellectual property and ingredient development, managing highly innovative projects and processing patent applications associated with them.
